West Shore United Girls Rugby   

Dear Valued Community Members,

The West Shore United Girls Rugby program is dedicated to the advancement of our girls personal and athletic goals. We hope to provide a program that is enjoyable and rewarding for all participants. All of us involved in this program are working together to develop a program that will be a positive influence on our local youth. In addition to learning about rugby, we work on character development that focuses on the four values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. We hope that by building well-rounded young women, they will be able to give back to our community in a very positive way. In previous years, our sponsorships helped to purchase equipment, fields and pay for tournaments. Over time our sponsors have helped us in so many ways and helped the girls on their way to win the 2014, 2015, and 2018 Pennsylvania DII State Championships!!!

          We are asking our local businesses to help us out with a donation to assist us in raising money for equipment needed to ensure the safety of all our players and equipment to help train these girls in the best game there is. We are also looking to raise money to assist some of our athletes with families that are experiencing financial difficulties and unable to pay for club dues.  We want to be able to financially support the program so that all girls will have the opportunity to play. Rugby is a growing sport in the United States and we enjoy giving our young ladies the chance to play a growing sport and form team bonds and memories that they will have throughout their lives.
